摘要
通过对低压电动机的常见故障的分析,找出电动机的保护策略,从而利用单片机的快速数据处理的能力设计出智能化的低压电动机保护装置。该装置不仅可以起到保护作用,还具有参数显示、故障显示、根据不同的电动机通过面板键盘设置相应的参数而拓宽保护使用范围的功能。快速数据处理介绍了装置的工作原理、硬件设计,详细叙述了微机保护算法和软件设计。
Through the analysis of common fault of low- voltage electric motor, finding out the protection tactics for electric motor, Then making use of the high speed data disposal capability of single chip to design integrated protection device. This device can not only protect,but also has the data display and fault display,could set parameter by panel keyboard according to different electric motor in order to signs, also protection algorithm and widen the protection scope of function, It introduces the work principle and hardware desoftware designs in detail in this article.
