摘要
如何用好的制度选人,是加强各级领导班子建设的重要保证,结合西方文官制度对我国的借鉴,从完善领导职务公务员推荐责任制等方面进行深入探讨,对于完善我国领导职务公务员选拔任用制度具有深远的现实意义。
How to select official by good system is an important assurance for strengthening the censtmetion of leadership at various levels. So perfecting the responsibility system for recommendation has profound significance for perfecting the system of selecting and appointing public servants.
