This paper introduces the present water saving condition in Jinnan district and the main problems in water saving work, analyzes the saving potential of Jinnan district, and proposes implementation strategies to strengthen water saving work in this district from strengthening the people＇s awareness of water saving, strict groundwater resources management, increasing reutilization of sewage treatment, and actively storing rainwater, in order to achieve the object of water saving.
