摘要
针对政府投资项目管理中存在的问题,阐述了政府投资项目专业化管理的必然性,指出借助专业化的项目管理公司和管理人才是顺利实现政府投资项目目标的有效途径。
According to the questions existed in management of government projects the necessity to carry out specialized management of government project is discussed. Author points out that the dependence of specialized project management companies and managers is effective ways to realize management objectives of government projects.
