摘要
从项目经营部的组建、施工组织管理、成本控制、合同管理、人才培训、信息网络管理几方面对如何做好施工项目的经营管理工作进行了探讨,指出企业只有不断的提高项目经营管理水平、降低成本、提高效益,才能提高自身的竞争力。
