通过对国内外工程项目管理模式的分析,探讨了现阶段我国工程项目管理模式的弊端,并提出了改进措施与建议,指出研究我国工程项目管理模式的改革与发展,有利于我国建筑业的国际化发展。

Through analyzing project management patterns at home and abroad, the author points out the disadvantages of project management pattern in our country on the stage, proposes improvement measures and suggestions, and studies the reform and development of our project management pattern, which is propitious to international development of our building industry.
