摘要
本文介绍一种针对核工业废镭源源项情况研究建立的镭源整备技术,适用于固体密封源、液体或粉末源等各种形态镭源的整备。整备工艺流程包括不规则形状液体粉末源的重新包装和装管、固体密封镭源的装管、封焊、检漏等步骤,具有操作简单,安全可靠等特点。设计的封装管有三种规格,结构简单便于焊接操作;设计的屏蔽容器有两种类型,铅屏蔽容器适用于长期贮存,200 L水泥屏蔽桶适合于中低放处置场处置。经整备的镭源均可回取,便于将来进一步整备处理或处置。
The report describes a conditioning technology for conditioning of the disused sealed radium sources in various forms, such as solid, liquid and powder. The process includes handling, re-encapsulation of liquid or powder in irregular forms, over-encapsulation of solid sealed radium sources, welding and leakage checking of the sealed capsule. It is easy and safe to operate. Three types of capsules with different diameters are designed to meet different demands. Two types of shielding container are devdoped, lead shielding container for higher activity sources, and 200 L steel barrel with concrete shielding for the lower activity sources. The conditioned sources remain retrievable to meet further conditioning or final disposal in the future.
