摘要
以电厂灰漂珠为主体骨料,配入10% 左右有机纤维研制成功的绝热帽口,具有体积密度小、热容量小、导热系数低及耐钢水浸蚀等特点。该帽口与DF 保护渣及蛭石保温剂配合使用,组成“三位一体”新工艺,其保温性能良好,降低了钢锭帽部的凝固速度,使钢水有较长时间向锭身填充,显著地改善了钢的质量,使结构钢锭成坯率达88.02%,高碳合金钢钢锭成坯率达86.93%。
Floating beads made from power plant's dust were, mixed with abouL 10%of organic fibres, used sucessfully as the main portion of aggregates todevelop a new--type adiabatic hot top in steel ingot casting. With such featuresas small volume density and heat capacity, low heat conductivity and highresistance to molten steel corrosion etc.,the hot top shows its excellentability for thermal insulation when using it together with DF protection slagand the vermiculite thermal--retaining agent. When molten steel being filledin ingot body, the filling time will thus last longer because the rate ofsolidification slows down at the top part of ingot.Quality of steel is thereforeimproved significantly so as to raise the finishing rate of ingots up to 88.02%for structural steel and 88.93% for high-carbon alloy steel.
