摘要
评价必须用事实说话,教师教学绩效评价必须重证据,所以其主要应该是结果取向的。教师教学绩效的表现具有后效性和多维性,而且可见度比较低,所以教师教学绩效评价非常复杂,而且比较模糊。评价的目的在于改进,教师教学绩效评价应该是教育性的。在教师教学绩效评价实践中,我们应该尊重并利用教师教学绩效评价的这些属性,唯有如此才能真正发挥教师教学绩效评价的作用。
Evaluation must be based on the facts and the evaluation of the efficiency of teachers'teaching must emphasize the proofs, therefore, it is mainly product - oriented. The efficiency of teachers'teaching has the characteristic of prolonged effectiveness and multi-dimensions, at the same time, it is quite unpredictable. Hence, the evaluation of the efficiency of teachers'teaching is quite complicated and vague. The purpose of evaluation lies in improvement, and the evaluation of the efficiency of teachers'teaching aims to instruct teachers how to innovate their teaching. In the practice of evaluating the efficiency of teachers'teaching, we must attach great importance to these attributes so as to bring forth the function of the evaluation of the efficiency of teachers'teaching.
