高效液相色谱法测定胃痛宁片中甘草酸的含量

HPLC Determination of Content of Glycyrrhizic Acid in Weitongning

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定胃痛宁片中甘草酸的含量。方法胃痛宁片中甘草酸通过流动相超声提取，并在Kmmasil ODS5μm，4．6mm×150mm色谱柱上，以流动相：乙腈-0.01mol／L磷酸溶液（38：62）进行分离，流速1mL／min，250nm波长检测。结果本法简便、准确、精密度高、重现性好，浓度线性范围0．1129～0．2635mg／mL（r=0．9997）；平均回收率在99．0％，RSD为1．3％。结论该法可作为胃痛宁片中甘草酸质量控制方法。

OBJECTIVE To establish the method of determination of the content of glycyrrhizic acid in Weitongning with high performance liquid chromatograph method. METHOD Glycyrrhizic acid was extracted with mobile phase ultrasonic technique, with Kromasil ODS 5μm and a chromatographic column of 4.6 mm × 150 mm, and was separated with acetonitrile-0.01 mol/L phosphoric acid solution （38：62）, with a flow rate of 1 mL/min and a wavelength of 250 nm. RESULT This method was convenient, accurate with good reproducibility, a concentration linear range of 0. 112 9 - 0.263 5 mg/mL （ r = 0.999 7）, an average recovery rate of 99.0% and RSD as 1.3%.
