混合培养自体与异体表皮细胞的移植方法

Transplantation method of auto- and allo-epidermal cells

目的:探索混合培养的自、异体表皮细胞悬液移植于烫伤大鼠的方法。方法：Wistar大鼠背部造成10％TBSAⅢ度烫伤，48h后切除坏死组织，用SD大鼠皮覆盖，并将培养的Wistar和F344大鼠表皮细胞以1：1混合，再与中性胶原混合滴入SD大鼠皮下。结果：移植7d可见表皮细胞晕生长，表皮分化为3～5层细胞；14d可见异体真皮完全为培养的表皮覆盖，形成“夹心”现象，表皮分化为多层细胞，创面成活率达78％。结论：细胞悬液移植方法简单易行，且细胞培养时间可按临床需要确定，适合临床应用。

To study the transplantation meth0d of mixed cultured auto- and allo-epidermalcells on burn rat. Methods: 10% TBSA Ⅲ° wound was made on back of Wistar rats, the eschar was cutoff during 48 h, and then the mixed cultured epidermal cells (ratio 1: 1) of Wistar and F344 rats were in-jected into skin of SD rats after cells were mixed with neutra collagen- Results: 7 d after epidermal cellstransplantation, the growth outline of epidermal cells could be formed, epidermis was made of 3~5 cellslayer; 14 d, cultured epidermal cells covered allo-dermis completely and formed 'sandwich' structure. Thetake was 78%. Conclusion: The transplantation method of epidermal cells is simple, easy and situable toclinical application.
