摘要
阐述了降低气孔率是搅拌铸造工艺制备颗粒增强型金属基复合材料的关键技术。首先给出了一种计算气了孔率的公式及测定方法,通过分析SICp/ZL101复合材料铸锭中所含气孔的种类、形成机理,最后通过试验指出了降低气孔率的一些措施。
Decreasing porosity rate in fabrication of particle reinforced metal matrix composites is the key in stirring cast process. One method is given to calculate and measure porosity rate.By analyzing types and forming tnechanism of porosity in SiCp/ZL101 composites, some methods to de-crease porosity rate are indicated in this paper.
