摘要
以鄂西山区农业产业结构为背景,分析和研究了恩施自治州食用菌产业发展现状、主要做法和薄弱环节,提出了食用菌产业发展思路和对策。其研究对恩施自治州食用菌产业发展和农业产业结构调整具有指导意义。
The structure of agricultural industry in western of Hubei as background , was analysed and researched the present situation , the main steps and the weak link of edible mushroom industry in Enshi. Development mentality and countermeasure of edible mushroom were put forward. The research has significance to the edible mushroom industry development and the structure adjustment of agricul- tural industry in Enshi.
