本文对我国外汇储备的形成、性质、特点,特别是增长过快的原因及缓解办法、外汇管理应遵循的原则进行了深入的阐述和分析。对积极探索和拓展外汇储备的使用渠道和方式以及构建外汇储备管理体系提出了相应的看法和建议。

The paper investigates the formation, nature, characteristics of China＇s foreign exchange reserve. After exploring the reasons for its rapid growth, the paper presents the management principles of the foreign exchange reserve, the advices to control the excessive expansion of foreign exchange reserve, to use the foreign reserve more efficiently and to build the new management system of foreign reserve are given.
