摘要
针对四环空间稳定平台系统外形尺寸严格受限,需实现大角度相对转动机构间的数据传输,传输通道数多,有实时性要求等条件,引入单通道光纤旋转连接器及波分复用实现所有弱电信号的光纤传输;进行了平台系统数据传输总体方案设计;针对单纤多信通传输要求,给出了光纤传输系统光通路硬件配置及软件实现;利用控制柜光传板编程产生的系统同步指令脉冲,协调传输系统一致、有序地工作。系统测试表明,该数据传输系统总体方案设计有效,系统工作可靠。该系统设计可推广应用于其他具有大角度相对转动机构间的通信。
Single-channel fiber optic rotary joints (FORJ) and wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) were introduced into four-gimbal space-stable platform to realize the fiber optic transfer for weak signal. Based on this, the general scheme for the data transfer system was designed. The hardware and software design of the optical access was given considering the requirements of single-fiber & multi-communication. The system utilized synchronization pulses produced by one DSP board to make sure that the designed transfer system worked consistently and orderly. System tests reveal that this design is efficient and the system can reliably work. This design can also be applied to the communication of other mechanisms that rotate relatively within large angle.
