摘要 采用多元光谱拟合、铁盐匹配基体、优选分析线和控制光谱积分限等措施,有效地消除了电感耦合等离子体光谱法(ICP-AES)测定钢铁中磷和铜时存在的光谱干扰和基体效应.对钢铁标样的分析结果令人满意. It was investigated that phosphorus and copper in steels were determined by inductively couple plasma emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). To take the methods of multicomponent spectral fitting, matrix matching with iron salt, optimum seeking for spectral lines and controlling spectral integral limits, the spectral interference and the matrix effect were eliminated effectively. Analytical results for steel reference materials were satisfied.
