摘要
分析了氨合成工艺和冷激式氨合成塔床层温度控制的特点,并构造多个阶梯式广义预测控制器,控制塔内各段的床层温度.各段温度控制回路之间通过前段温度前馈联系起来;同时引入操作压力、入塔气温度、循环氢含量、氨冷温度等前馈,并为控制器设计了有效的监督级.实际应用效果证明了这种控制系统良好的控制品质.
The technics of ammonia synthesis and the character of bed temperature control for quench ammonia synthetic tower are analyzed. Several stair-like generalized predictive controllers are constructed for the bed temperature of sections in the tower. These temperature control loops are associated by feedforwards of previous section tem- perature. The feedforwards of pressure, raw gas temperature, content of circular hydrogen and ammonia condensation temperature are introduced into the control system, and the supervisory shell for the controller is designed. The application effect verifies good control quality of this control system.
