内镜联合腹腔镜胃肠道肿瘤切除术50例探讨

Outcomes of Gastroenteric Tumor Resection by Endoscope Combined with Laparoscope

目的研究胃镜或电子结肠镜联合腹腔镜行胃肠道肿瘤切除术的可行性。方法回顾性分析2002年1月-2006年6月行内镜联合腹腔镜肿瘤切除术的50例患者的临床资料，总结手术效果。结果46例病人手术顺利，4例因内窥镜下肿瘤部位不易显露而中转开腹，术后未发生大出血、穿孔等并发症，病人均顺利恢复出院。结论内镜联合腹腔镜行胃肠道肿瘤切除术是一种安全、有效、创伤小的治疗手段，值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the outcomes of endoscopic gastroenteric tumor resection under laparoscopic guidance, Method The clinical efficacy of 50 patients underwent endoscopic gastroenteric tumor resection under laparoscopic guidance （44 cases） or laparoscopic resection under the endoscopic location （6 cases） from January 2002 to June 2006 was retrospectively studied, Results Forty-six patients cured successfully and 4 patients converted to laparotomy on account of poor exposure, No complication such as hemorrhage or perforation occurred, Conclusion Gastroenteric tumor resection by laparoscope combined with laparoscope demonstrates its advantages as safety, mini-trauma which is worthy to be popularized.
