摘要
近年来提出的“快通道外科技术”理念是将有利于加速康复的围手术期处理措施整合起来,系统的应用于临床实践。与传统的围手术期处理措施相比,快通道外科技术能更合理有效的控制围术期的病理生理变化,从而更好、更快、更安全的促进患者术后康复。
Recently fast track surgery has been developed. It integrates all beneficial perioperative interventions in a perioperative care protocol. Compared with traditional perioperative management, fast track surgery could control the patients＂ perioperative pathophysiology changes reasonably and effectively, and accelerate rehabilitation associated with decreased hospitalization and increased satisfaction and safety after operation.
