摘要
在A186F梳棉机后罩板处采用后罩板形式不变(原机状态)、后罩板处加两根固定盖板、后罩板处加带有反齿导向盖板棉网清洁器系统(含3根固定盖板)等3种形式进行对比试验,采用UsterAFIS单纤维测试系统对上述条件下生产的生条进行检测。结果显示:加装后固定盖板,如隔距不当,反而不利于生条质量的提高;加装棉网清洁器在风量较大的条件下,有利于生条质量的提高。
This paper tries to find out the proper way of improving sliver quality through incorporating additional device to existing carding machine. A test is carded out on Model A186F carding machine. Slivers are processed respectively when the machine is in three states: 1) the back plate remains the original state; 2) adding two stationary flats to the back plate; 3) adding a web cleaner (including three stationary flats). The slivers are tested on Uster AFIS fiber tester. The test results show, when incorporating additional stationary flat, if the gauge is improper, it will go against to the improvement of sliver quality; but incorporating a web cleaner will be in favor of improving sliver quality under the condition of big air volume.
