不同气腹压力对大鼠系统免疫功能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察不同气腹压力对大鼠系统免疫功能的影响。方法模拟不同气腹压力CO2气腹腹腔镜手术,时间为1h。将60只雌性S-D大鼠随机分为4组,每组15只,各组气腹压力分别为①0mmHg,②5mmHg,③10mmHg,④15mmHg。分别于手术第0,1,3,7天检测大鼠血液中CD3,CD4和CD8T细胞的数值变化,了解不同气腹压力对大鼠系统免疫功能的影响。结果术后第1天各组CD细胞计数值均明显下降(P<0.01),第4组(15mmHg)最低,免疫抑制最明显(P<0.01)。5,10mmHg气腹组居中(P<0.05),两组CD细胞计数下降程度基本相同(P>0.05)。第1组(0mmHg)CD细胞计数下降程度最小,免疫抑制程度最低。术后第3天各组免疫功能逐渐恢复,第1组恢复最快(P<0.01),第4组恢复最慢(P<0.01);2,3组居中。术后第7天各组CD细胞计数均恢复术前正常水平(P>0.05)。结论随着气腹压力增高,对系统免疫功能抑制程度逐渐增大,术后免疫功能恢复较慢,临床手术时不宜采用过高气腹压力,以减少对免疫功能的抑制。
