前列地尔脂微球载体联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察前列地尔脂微球载体联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法60例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为两组,观察组30例给予前列地尔脂微球载体10μg加入生理盐水250ml静脉滴注,1次/d,甲钴胺口服500μg,3次/d;对照组30例单用甲钴胺口服500μg,3次/d。两组疗程均为1个月。观察两组治疗前后的疗效,以测定神经传导速度为客观标准。结果观察组治疗后总有效率为85%,对照组为70%(P<0.01);治疗后的神经传导速度较治疗前有所提高。结论前列地尔脂微球载体联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效优于单用甲钴胺。
