摘要 以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、马来酐(MA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体,氧化还原体系为引发剂,利用水溶液聚合法合成了两性离子聚合物降滤失剂PMADA。用单因素法考察了反应温度、引发剂质量分数、单体摩尔比及单体总质量分数对产品降滤失性能的影响,并采用红外光谱法表征了产品的分子结构,确定了最佳反应条件:反应温度60℃,引发剂质量分数0.2%,n(AM)∶n(AMPS)∶n(DMDAAC)∶n(MA)=10∶2∶1∶3,单体总质量分数25%。 A zwitterionic polymer filtrate reducer PMADA were synthesized by copolymerizing in aqueous solution with DMDAAC, AMPS, MA, and AM as monomer and a redox initiator. The influence of reaction time, reaction temperature, initiator mass fraction, monomer mole ratio and total mass fraction of monomers on the performance of the product were studied by means of the single factor analysis. The optimal reaction condition was determined as following: reaction time was 5 h, reaction temperature was 60℃, initiator mass fraction was 0.2 %, mole ratio of AM/ AMPS/DMDAAC/MA was 10:2:1:5 and total mass fraction of monomers was 25 %. The molecular structure of the product was characterized by IR.
