纯棉和涤棉织物拒油拒水整理后的性能研究 被引量:10

摘要 制备了一种乳液型含氟织物整理剂,并用FTIR、激光粒度分析仪对它进行了表征;研究了氟质量分数、整理剂用量、焙烘时间、交联剂用量对纯棉和涤棉整理织物的拒油、拒水、耐洗性能的影响.结果表明:整理后织物具有良好的拒油拒水性能. A fluorine-contg, textile finishing agent emulsion was prepad, and characterized by FTIR and laser granularity tester. The influences of fluorine content, finishing agent concn., baking time and crosslinking agent dosage on the properties such as oil-repellency, water-repellency and wash-resistance of the finished fabrics were researched. It was shown that the finished fabrics had good oil- and water-repellencies.
