摘要
19世纪末20世纪初,由于第二次工业革命的推动,美国的经济实力日益壮大,其对外政策由大陆扩张转向海外扩张。为迎合海外扩张,这一时期出现了许多扩张思想,这些扩张思想对威尔逊的构建由美国领导的世界秩序思想的形成产生了极为重要的影响。
In the pushing of the Second Industrial Revolution, America sets foot on the way of expanding from mainland to overseas. In order to cater to the expansion, there emerge some expanding thoughts, which bring heavily effects on Wilson＇s building the new order led by the United States.
