摘要
港龙航空有限公司成立于1985年4月,由现任名誉主席曹光彪先生创办,当时为港澳国际投资有限公司的全资子公司。自成立以来,港龙航的股权发生过多次变更。已故世界环球航运集团的创办人包玉刚先生曾购得部分港龙航股权,后又被曹氏家族购回。1990年1月,国泰航空公司和其母公司太古洋行向曹氏家族购入35％的股权,中信香港也购入38％的股权,曹氏家族仍持有22％的股权。
Dragonair, established in 1985, is a regional carrier stake-controlled by CNAC and CITIC Pacific. From 1993 the carrier started to replace old aircraft with Airbus aircraft and to operate healthily. Up to nine it has 7 A320x and 4 A330s and operates a network linking 24 cities over Asia Pacific. Its short-time market strategy will still be put on Asia, Pacific region. To meet the need of traffic growth the carrier will expand fleet, adding 4 Airbus aircraft in next three years, and will increase destinations to Japan from two lo six in the next two years.
