摘要
本文根据多年的道路桥梁施工经验,阐述了项目法施工的内涵和施工企业实行项目法施工的现状,并从组织形式、两层分开、内部市场、三项制度改革、动态管理及优化组合方面着重研究论述了与项目法施工相适应的施工企业管理体制的重新构建。
The concept and present situation of project method is talking about in this paper according to author＇s engineer practice. From enterprise organization mode, management and work, inside market, three systems reform, constantly changing and optimization management, how to rebuild management system which suits to project method construction is involved in the thesis.
