摘要
混凝土保护层的厚度和质量达不到标准要求,会对结构的承载力和耐久性造成很大危害:混凝土保护层过薄易形成裂缝等缺陷使保护层失去作用,钢筋过早锈蚀,降低结构强度和延性。保护层质量影响到结构的粘结力和耐久性能。因此,首先应根据结构类型和所处环境合理选择设计混凝土保护层厚度;其次,严格施工过程控制,即采取保证保护层设计厚度的手段,控制水灰比和浇筑质量,并进行适宜的养护。
Concrete protectors with thickness and quality that do not meet the standards can cause severe damage to the durability of structures. Too thin a concrete protector can be ineffective due to fractures formed and can result in that steel get rusted too early and that its strength and ductility lower. The quality of protectors has an impact on cementation power and fire endurance of structures. Therefore, an optimal thickness of protectors should be selected according to the type of structures and the environment. Construction process should be strengthened in respects of ensuring the designed thickness of protectors, Controlling water-cement ratio and the quality of concrete deposition and performing suitable cure.
