摘要
本文建立了一种升压型DC/DC直流变换器的数学模型,并利用PSpice软件对这种DC/DC变换器进行仿真研究,分析其暂态和稳态的过程及性能。仿真研究表明,当电路元件RL=150Ω,L1=150μH,电路性能很好地满足输出电压的设计要求,从而为实际开关电源电路的设计提供有益的参考。
In this Paper, a mathematic model of Boost DC/DC was established . By use of PSpice software the simulation of the DC/DC converter was studied and the process of transient and stable process and the performance were analysised , The simulation researches shows that when the circuit components RL=150Ω,L1=150μ H, the demand of output voltage can be fulfiled by circuit design . some useful references can be offered for the practical switch power circuit design.
