The Synthesis of Polyhexamethyleneguanidine Chloride and Its Application on Cotton Fabric

本文通过熔融缩聚法制得具有较高聚合度的聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐,将其作为织物抗菌整理剂整理纯棉针织物,显示了优良的抗菌性能,其中抗菌性能的测试采用了一种全新的测试方法,能更准确地反映整理织物在自然条件下的抗菌活性且操作简便快捷。

This paper prepared polyhexamethyleneguanidine chloride with high molecular weight and degree of polymerization by the polycondensation method. The cotton knitting fabric treated with the resultant product shows excellent antibacterial activities. A new antibacterial test method is used to test the antibacterial activities, which can reflect more actually antibacterial activities of treated fabrics at the natural condition and can be operated more conveniently and rapidly.
