There are two advantages of making student＇s staff an excellent team with cohesion forces and fighting strengths. For one thing, it can bring better development to various campus cultural activities, help ease teachers and executives ＇heavy work, and improve the working quality and working level of high school students. For another thing, it can improve comprehensive character and competition of student＇s staff, which contribute to an overall development and talented person＇s troop for the society. The game training method has been turned out to be efficient and useful way during the writer＇s work practice.
