摘要
采用近无余量成形法制备高尺寸精度、高损伤容限、无紧固件的大型整体复合材料结构是低成本复合材料技术的指导思想,以实现成本与铝合金结构相当、减重20%的目标。本文重点介绍了高韧性、耐湿/热复合材料和RTM技术进展。
Low cost production of composite airframe structure is the burning issue of the day in aerospace industry at home and abroad. This article gives a summarized account of the new development in low cost production, especially RTM technology used in aerospace industry.
