研究了飞机铝合金油箱微生物腐蚀行为及机理。通过对高强铝合金在几种溶液中电化学行为的研究,分析溶液成分对合金耐蚀性的影响。研究发现,航空燃油和水的混合物是微生物腐蚀的必要条件,燃油中所含碳、氮、磷元素是微生物繁衍所需的营养物质,微生物的代谢产物使溶液酸化,增加了溶液的腐蚀性。研究还表明,[H2PO4-]、[HPO42-]和[NO3-]都具有缓蚀和促蚀两方面的作用。
The biocorrosion behaviour and mechanism of aircraft aluminium alloy fuel tanks have been studied. The influence of the solution composition on the alloy corrosion behaviour is investigated. The results show that the combination of fuel and water are necessary for the occurrance of the biocorrosion. The elements C, N, P contained in the fuel are the nutrients for the microbe growth. The metabolism of the microbe leads to the acidity of the solution, increasing the corrosivity of the solution. It is also indicated that [H 2PO 4 -],[HPO 4 2- ] and can either inhibit and encourage the corrosion, depending upon the resultant situation.
