用SDS-PAGE分析小麦灌浆期叶片、籽粒蛋白质变化及其与产量关系的初步研究 被引量:4

摘要 运用SDS-PAGE电泳枝术,比较分析了三个小麦品种籽粒发育过程中叶片和籽粒各种蛋白质的动态变化及其与产量关系进行研究,结果表明:(1)小麦籽粒发育过程中叶片和籽粒中蛋白质的种类和数量有较大变化;(2)叶片和籽粒蛋白质动态变化存在负相关性;(3)叶片中52和47kDa蛋白质起初最多,后期很少。籽粒中63和58kDa蛋白质前期很少,后期最多,变化幅度较大;(4)叶片蛋白质含量最后阶段骤然下降,籽粒蛋白质含量显著上升,这些变化在不同品种中有一定差异;(5)灌浆末期,叶片衰老时,蛋白质的降解速率与产量正相关。 The SDS-PAGE used in this article was to analyse the dynamic changes of different kinds of protein in leaves and grain and its relationship with the field during the development of wheat grain of three varieties. The result showed: (1)During the development of wheat grain, kinds and content of protein changed very much in leaves and grain (2)The dynamic changes of protein of grain had a negative relation with that of leaves. (3)In leaves, 52 and 47kDa had the highest content in the beginning,the later stage much lower; 63 and 58kDa had lower content in the beginning,the later stage highest. Their change were very great. (4)Protein content in leaves decreased suddenly in the later stage,while in grain increased strikingly. These changes were quite different in different types. (5)In the later grain-filling stage of wheat,leaves grew old,the degradation speed of protein had a positive relation with the yield.
