摘要
根据嫁接繁殖条件下果树有性后代产生的异常变异现象,并结合其它学科取得的成就,提出砧木中的遗传物质转移并整合到接穗性细胞或胚胎细胞中,可能是果树造传背景复杂性的主要原因之一。
This paper provided new viewpoint which the genetic material in rootstock can be translocated and integrated into germ cell or embryo cell in scion. This is probably one of the major reason for the complexity of genetic background in fruit trees, according to graft-induced abnormal variation in sexual progeny and achievements in other branches of learning.
