摘要
由于中国正处于发展经济和推进城市化进程的黄金时期,如何正确的处理经济发展和就业问题之间的矛盾,事关广大人民群众的根本利益和社会主义和谐社会建设的顺利进行。本文根据中国在城市化进程中的就业现状来分析城市化进程中的不足和存在的就业隐患,最后提出解决就业问题的对策。
Because China＇s economy is booming and the advancement of urbanization is in gold time, bow to deal with the contradiction correctly between the processing economy development and the employment question, is for the Chinese people＇s own benefit and has effect on constructing the socialism harmonious society smoothly. This article analyzes the existence employment hidden danger in the urbanized advancement according to China＇s employment situation at present; finally bring forward the method of solving the employment problem.
