摘要
研究了用喷吹稀土镁粉和硅铁粉球代处理工艺，结果表明，用该工艺生产的球铁钢锭模石墨球化效果好，硬度均匀，合金收得率高，平均使用寿命115次，比冲入法生产的珠铁钢锭模提高39．9次，模耗下降到9．2kg／t钢．
The process of jetting Re-Mg powder ac Si-Fe powder are studied in this paper. The results show that the casting a ductile cast iron ingot mould,produed in this process is of many advantages, such as good in nodulizing effect,unform in hardness and high in yield. The average service life of the casting is 115 times, and is 40 times higher than that of the casting produced in normal method.
