龙胆提取工艺研究

目的:研究龙胆提取工艺,优选最佳工艺条件。方法:采用正交试验法,以龙胆苦苷为检测指标,用正交试验考察4种因素(乙醇浓度、溶媒用量、浸提次数、提取时间)对其含量的影响。结果:龙胆的最佳提取工艺条件为:70%乙醇室温浸提3次,每次6小时,第一次5倍量,第二、三次均为4倍量。结论:本实验为龙胆药材及制剂的研究奠定了初步基础。

Aim To study the extracting technology of Gentianae.Methods with the content of the gentionpicrin as the index,the orthogonal test method was used for studying the effect of four factors （alcohol concentration ,the amount of alcohol, digestion times, extracting time）on extracting rate. Results The optimum conditions of Gentianae were：70% alcohol digested for 6 hours at room temperature,5 times as much alcohol at the 1st time and 4 times at the 2ed ＆ 3rd time.Conclusion This experiment has shed some light on the medicine and the preparation research of the Gentianae.
