从中西茶文化的差异看大学英语教学中的文化教学

在我国的大学英语教学中,对于英语为母语国家的文化介绍随着国际交往的日益繁盛而正受到广泛重视。外语教学的目的之一是要提高大学生的英语听、说、读、写、译等英语的综合运用能力,并能应用到实际当中去。而要实现这一目标,在外语教学中实施文化教学是必要和必须的。英语学习者只有在深入了解和熟悉英语国家的文化后才会对英语学习本身产生兴趣。本文以中西方茶文化的差异为例,阐述了文化教学在外语教学中的地位和重要性,并对如何实施文化教学提出了自己的看法。

With the rapid pace of cultural exchanges among countries nowadays in the world, the knowledge and education of foreign cultures is becoming more and more important in our country. The purpose of college English education is to improve students＇ English level in listening, speaking, reading, writing and interpreting, to which cultural education is necessary and indispensable. This paper makes an analysis of the role of cultural education in college English education and offers some suggestions on how to practice cultural education in our country.
