摘要
通过对箱体零件镗孔后孔与孔之间相互位置关系的分析,推导出以基准孔轴心线和以公共轴心线为基准时同轴度误差的换算关系。介绍了孔间同轴度误差的测量,计算方法,可供箱体类零件镗孔加工和检测时参考。
Based on the analyses of positioning relationship among bored holes inbox frame parts,a conversion formula is developed while axiality deviation calculationtakes the center axis of a reference hole and the common axis as the baseline respectively. Measuring and computing methods of the deviation are introduced.
