利用工业废石灰制作激发剂的特性分析 被引量:3

摘要 在无熟料水泥中,激发剂的种类和数量是决定其水化反应速度和品质的关键。研究中,为尽可能利用工业废弃物来制造激发剂,对工厂的废石灰(简称WL)进行了物理化学分析。结果表明,WL的pH为12.1,满足无熟料高炉矿渣水泥的碱度标准,但使用前应进行干燥处理;WL的主要成分是石灰石,CaO的含量为40%~42%,当用作无熟料高炉矿渣水泥的激发剂时,应添加部分消石灰或增加其用量,以满足碱性成分的数量;WL的溶解实验几乎未发现重金属的溶出现象,即使是溶出都在环保允许范围之内。 In non sintered cement, the hydration speed and quality are determined by kind and amount of the stimulator. In order to make full use of industrial waste to produce stimulator, physical and chemical analyses were conducted on selected waste lime (WL). The results showed that, the PH of WL was 12.1, meeting the alkali requirement for producing non - clinker slag cement, but dry treatment is needed before production. The main com- position of WL was limestone whose content of Ca0 was from 40% to 42%. When using WL as the stimulator of non - clinker slag cement, we should add some slaked lime or use more WL to increase the amount of alkali composition. No or less than the amount regulated by environment protection sectors of heavy metal was dissolved in the melting experiments of WL.
