新型带式压滤机在炼钢废水处理中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 炼钢废水中的污泥比重大、坚硬、含大量的超微细氧化铁粉,若采用普通的带式压滤机或一般的脱水设备处理,效果差、效率低。因而为处理此类污泥而研制了一种新型带式压滤机。该设备应用于鞍钢、武钢炼钢废水的处理,结果表明每台平均日出干泥量70 t-120 t,滤带平均寿命为2 000h,最高达5 000h,并且效率高、脱水率高、使用寿命长,能适用于冶金等恶劣环境下连续工作。 Because of big specific gravity, hardness and large content of ultra - fine iron - oxide powder, the steel - making wastewater can hardly be processed with high quality and efficiency by common belt press filter or dewatering equipment. Therefore, a specialized belt press filter was developed. This equipment has been used to deal with sludge of steel - making wastewater in Anshan Iron and Steel Company and Wuhan Iron and Steel Company. The result showed that each piece of equipment could on average produce 70t-120t dry mire every day, and the average lifetime of filtration belt was 2000 hours with a maximum of 5000 hours. Besides strong points of high dewatering rate, efficiency and long - lifetime, it can continuously work in severe environments such as metallurgic workshops.
