摘要
用差示扫描量热法对几种生物大分子稀溶液遮低温降温过程中的共晶焓和共晶温度进行了研究.结果表明,不同生物大分子稀溶液有着代表自己特征的共晶焓,其大小与溶液的浓度无关;并对其机制进行了初步探讨.文中给出了共晶焓与共晶温度的关系曲线,指出共晶焓、共晶温度与生物大分子的结构特征有一定的相关性,它们的共晶熵在0.80~1.20J·g-1.
Differential scanning calorimetry was used to investigate the eutectic enthalpies and temperatures of the thin solutions of various biologic macromolecules in the temperature range from 293 ̄203 K. The results indicated that the thin solutions of different biologic macromolecule had eutectic enthalpies and temperatures of their own. The solution concentration had no effect on them. The primary exploration on the machanism of their properties were carried out. A new plot, the eutectic enthalpies vs the eutectic tempertures was provided. The eutectic enthalpies and tempertures were relation to the characteristic structure of biologic macromolecule with their eutectic entropies being 0.80 ̄1.20 J·K -1 ·g -1 .
