摘要
利用透射电子显微镜和扫描电镜对该合金在不同温度时效后的试样进行观察,用化学定量提取法分析了γ′相的成分,并测定富Cr(α)相微区成分.实验结果表明,不同的时效温度析出的富Cr(α)相和γ′相形态不同.在500℃~600℃时效时,在基体中首先析出细小均匀的γ′相,同时从晶界上反应型析出富Cr(α)相.这种γ′相和富Cr(α)相的复合析出使合金得到明显的强化.
TEM and SEM were used to observe the specimens treated at various temperatures. The experiment results reveal that γ ′ and Cr( α ) rich phases show different morphologies in different aging temperatures. When aging at 500 ℃~600 ℃, γ ′ fine particles are precipitated in the matrix,and Cr( α ) rich phase is observed in the shape of fine lamellar structure. The aging hardenability increases obviously because of the duplex precipitation of γ ′ and Cr( α ) rich phases.
