摘要
在循环流化床实验台上,对东北地区两种典型煤,彩屯煤(贫煤)和俊德煤(烟煤)分别进行了燃烧时NOx排放的实验研究.考察了不同的流化床温度、一次风率、二次风口位置及比例和循环倍率对NOx排放浓度的影响.表明:在循环床温度范围内,温度对NOx排放浓度影响不显著;一次风率增加,使NOx排放浓度急剧加大,尤其是挥发分高的煤更明显;二次风口位置及比例是控制NOx浓度一个重要因素;飞灰循环倍率的提高会降低NOx排放浓度.
The NO x emission during the combustion of two type coals with different volatile matter contents has been studied on the experimental bench of the circulating fluidized bed (CFB). The nitrogen oxide (NO x ) emission is studied under different conditions including the combustion temperature,the primary air ratio,the injection position of the secondary air as well as the recirculation rate. It is found that the NO x emission substantially increases with primary air ratio increasing,the NO x emission will decrease with increasing the recirculation rate and the secondary air position is the sensitive parameter for decreasing NO x emission.
