摘要
根据力的平衡原理,考虑壁面效应,建立了悬挂式顶吹气体射流无量纲穿透深度的理论计算公式.计算表明,无量纲穿透深度随修正弗鲁德数的增大而增加,且随无量纲枪位的增大而减小.通过在铅-锡-铋合金熔池中顶吹氩气和氦气的热态实验对计算公式的合理性做了验证.
A theoretical formula for predicting the dimensionless penetration depth of hang top blown gas flow injected into a metal bath is developed,based on the theory of force balance and considering the effect of bath wall. Calculation results show that the dimensionless penetration depth increases with increase in rectified Froude number,but decreases as dimensionless nozzle height increases. The reasonableness of theoretical formula is verified by using the hot model experiment on the penetration depth of top blown nitrogen and argon injected into Pb Sn Bi alloy bath.
