摘要 报道用SiC作为发热体的圆筒形黑体空腔黑体炉的研制及其黑体空腔精度的评价,其工作温度范围是700~1450℃,在国内填补了1150~1450℃温域的空缺.此黑体炉的重要特点是黑体空腔温度分布非常均匀,在距腔底150mm范围内温度分布的最大温差仅为2~4℃,应用笔者所研究的黑体空腔精度理论模型,首次为所研制的黑体空腔划分了精度等级,精度等级为0.01~0.05级.发现提高腔体温度分布的均匀性是提高人工黑体精度的关键问题之一. The development of cylindrical blackbody source with SiC as its heater and the evaluation of its accuracy are presented in this paper. The operating temperature is from 700 ℃ to 1450 ℃. It has filled a gap in the temperature area of 1 150 ℃ to 1 450 ℃. The important performance of it is the uniformity of the temperature distribution of the blackbody cavity and the maximum difference of temperatures from the base to 150 mm along the wall is only 2~4 ℃,The accuracy of the built blackbody cavity has been evaluated for the first time,using the theoretical equations on the accuracy of the blackbody cavity given by the authors. The degree of accuracy is 0 01 to 0 05. It is found that the improvement of the uniformity of the cavity′s temperature distribution is essential to the improvement of accuracy of artificial blackbody .
