摘要
女大学生就业是我国当今的一大社会难题。这一问题有深刻的历史原因和现实因素,是长期以来男尊女卑观念在就业中的充分体现。当然,作为女大学生也必须认识自身的优势和不足,而不是屈从于世俗压力,更不能自甘消沉。她们应该强化自身能力,发挥自身优势,找准就业突破口。我们相信女大学生就业难只是暂时的,从长远来看,女大学生将与男大学生在平等的基础上同场竞技。
Currently,there exists a difficult problem of female graduates employment in our country. This difficulty has historical reasons and real factors. It fully reflects the traditional male domination and female subordination. Of course, female graduates to pressure from common customs, and and take every opportunity of seeking point of view, female and male must know their strengths and disadvantages. They should't yield feel downhearted. They must strengthen their ability and advanfases, employment. We believe difficulty is transient. From a long - term graduates would compete on an equal basis.
