广州管圆线虫的软体动物宿主生态环境及其感染调查 被引量:7

摘要 目的了解不同孳生环境广州管圆线虫的动物宿主感染与感染因素。方法按不同孳生地分段(处)采螺与蛞蝓,用组织捣碎匀浆法及过筛沉淀法检查,调查不同孳生地软体动物宿主感染广州管圆线虫与相关因素情况。结果大瓶螺调查点小湾水沟A2段感染率为72.63%,其余3段感染率10.77%--37.50%;公园池塘B1处感染率为41.15%,其余3处感染率5.72%--15.77%;温泉水沟2005年和2006年感染率分别为62.12%与24.08%。褐云玛瑙螺调查点湖美、莲塘、彭美感染率分别为76.05%、33.87%和27.85%。高突足襞蛞蝓调查点湖美、莲塘、彭美感染率分别为45.46%、22.77%和14.92%;高突足襞蛞蝓、双线嗜粘液蛞蝓和黄蛞蝓感染率分别为27.92%、4.35%与5.13%。结论各调查点(段或处)感染率差异,显示不同孳生地各类宿主感染广州管圆线虫的微型生态环境特征。除自然环境因素外,人为及相关因素也直接影响其感染。 Objective To understand the infection of animal hosts and the related factors for angiostrongylus cantonensis in different breeding places. Methods The Limax flavus and snail in different breeding places were gathered and checked with screen precipitate method and tissue homogenate method. The related factors and the situation that mollusk hosts were infected by Angiostrongylus cantonensis were studied. Results At the spot of Pila gigas, for gunkhole stank, the infection rate of A2 was 72.63%, the others were 10.7%-37.50%; for park pool, the infection rate of B1 was 41.15%, the others were 5.72%-15.77%; for thermal stank, the infection rate in 2005 and 2006 was 62.12% and 24.08%, respectively. At the spot of Achatinafulica, the infection rate of Humei, Liantang, pengmei was 76.05%, 33.87%, 27.85%, respectively. At the spot of Vaginulus alte, the infection rate of Humei, Liantang, pengmei was 45.46%, 22.77%, 14.92%, respectively; the infection rate of Vaginulus alte, Philomycus bilineatus, Zimax flavus was 27.92%, 4.35%, 5.13%, respectively. Conclusion The variation of the infection rate on the investigation spots showed the characteristic of microenvironment of the hosts infected by Angiostrongylus cantonensis in different breeding places. Besides the factors of circumstance, human behaviour and related factors also affected the infection direcdy.
