细胞自噬分子机制以及与肿瘤及肿瘤治疗的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 细胞死亡分为程序性细胞死亡和坏死,而程序性细胞死亡又可分为两种,Ⅰ型为细胞凋亡,Ⅱ型是自噬性细胞死亡（1）.自噬是细胞对自身结构进行蛋白降解的一种方式,具有多种生理功能.近年来对细胞自噬的研究有了很大的进展.本文就细胞自噬分子机制以及细胞自噬与肿瘤发生的相互关系的研究进展作一综述.
